What We Are Looking For:

We are currently looking for a talented Web Designer. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity and functionality to produce eye-catching and informative content.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute creative and innovative design solutions for a variety of projects, including websites, digital assets, social media graphics etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Take ownership of the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Design.
• An online portfolio featuring great digital work.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After effects, Adobe Xd, Figma).
• Strong conceptual skills, including online and offline experience concepts.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile optimized web design.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) best practices.
• Good understanding of key online marketing principles.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects/deadlines and adapt as-needed.
• Must be team-oriented and able to receive and manage feedback well.
• Fluent in both Greek and English language.
